We are looking to appoint to the following post:

Head of Pastoral Care
42.5 Hours per week Term time only

Start date: As soon as possible

Scale L: £40,221 to £46,464 per annum pro rata
Actual starting salary £39,737 per annum

We are hoping to make one appointment to the newly created post of Head of Pastoral Care.

This role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to:

  • make a difference to the lives of students; supporting them, their families and our staff.
  • promote, monitor and support the highest standards of pupil behaviour, attendance, conduct, attitudes, personal and social development across all year groups.
  • Lead and develop a team of Pastoral Managers

Applications from those with prior experience in Primary schools, Social Care, Family Support work, Youth teams as well as Secondary school will be warmly welcomed.
