 All Saints is a successful, oversubscribed, 11-18 Catholic Voluntary Academy within the St Clare CMAT. The last OFSTED inspection in April 2018 judged the school to be Good. We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager who will be responsible for the catering provision of the All Saints Catholic High School and Seven Hills School community by progressing the catering provision to deliver health and high quality meals that meet nutritional standards. This is an exciting time to join the team to lead a period of development and change within the Catering service.

The postholder will be responsible for planning menus, making provision as appropriate for special dietary requirements, ordering stocks accordingly, preparing, cooking and overseeing the cooking of a range of food items, supervision of catering staff to ensure the efficient organisation of the catering service, and dealing with any day to day problems/issues that may arise and, in conjunction with the Operations Manager and the Finance Team, be responsible for the accurate cost control of the catering revenue and expenditure, ensuring the security of all monies and ensuring correct procedures for banking and reconciliation are met.
