We are looking to appoint to the following post from September 2024:
Joint Head of Department – History (Job Share)
(£30,000 – £46,525 p.a. pro-rota + 0.5 amount of TLR 2C)
Permanent / 0.6 – 1.0 Teacher of History including 0.5 Joint Head of History
A knowledgeable, passionate and resilient Historian is required to join a highly successful, closely knit and supportive History and Politics Department with a commitment to scholarship. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a breadth and depth of historical knowledge and of history-specific pedagogy, an eagerness to reflect and build on their outstanding teaching practice, and a desire to contribute to the full life of the Department across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, as well as the wider teaching and pastoral life of Notre Dame High School.
